The perfect combination of cheese and burnt aroma is really hard to resist. It’s delicious, and this recipe has blueberries added. The simple way to enjoy blueberries and cheese for great dessert ! Definitely for summer treats !
I added extra egg yolk for a basque cheesecake , makes the center of the cheesecake even smoother and very creamy.
Blueberry compote
~ 300g blueberries
~ 60g monk fruit sweetener
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Cheese cake | Mold 15cm x 7cm
350g cream cheese 30% fat
2 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
50g monk fruit sweetener
20g stevia
200g cream 35 ~ 45% fat
Vanilla extract
Conversion Guide -
15 cm (6 inch) → 18 cm (7 inch)
Ingredients 1.5 times
Bake time 1.25 times
15 cm (6 inch) → 21 cm (8.2 inch)
Ingredients 2 times
Bake time 1.5 times
15 cm (6 inch) → 12 cm (4.7 inch)
Ingredients 0.66 to 0.7 times
Bake time 0.8~0.9 times
Conventional oven → Bake in the oven at 220 c for 40 minutes
Conventional oven with fan → Bake in the oven at 200 c for 30minutes
Time to be adjusted according individual oven
