With three young kids playing in the snow all day, damp wet mitts and boots are not scarce over here. My air register being of no use for drying things up, we resorted to laying things on the floor and rushing them into the dryer the next day when we were realising they were still wet.
That was enough for me. Decided I would go all in and build my own dryer rack that would do the whole wall’s length. Bonus, it’s gonna have forced air and a heating element to speed things up!
