Drive b/w Queens & Nassau: Kew Gardens, Grand Central Pkwy, Roslyn, Long Island Expwy, Cross Islnd

Hi Everyone!!!

Welcome to my 8th video.

On this drive today I went between Queens and Nassau County, Long Island, NY. It wasn't too long of a drive, that's why the round trip video was less than an hour.

In this video I take a straight forward drive to Roslyn, NY in Nassau County. The drive there starts in Kew Gardens, Queens and leads onto the Jackie Robinson Parkway. From the Jackie, we slip in and out of the highway and onto the Grand Central Parkway. When you enter Nassau County, the name of the highway technically changes to the Northern State Parkway.

When we get off at Roslyn, we take a short trip north and turn onto a local street where I dropped off someone. Hence you see me pull over and stop real quick.

We now make our way back into Queens. On the return trip I decided to take a different route so you don't have to see the same thing back. We make a quick turn onto the Long Island Expressway. From there we change highways and go onto the Cross Island Parkway. From the Cross Island we go onto local roads.

I wanted to show you some of the local streets of Eastern Queens so we hop onto Union Turnpike. This road cuts right through Eastern Queens and we go through neighborhoods like Hollis Hills, South Fresh Meadows, Kew Gardens Hills, and back into Kew Gardens, then Woodhaven where we end.

Below I have left some time stamps of some of the key moments where we change neighborhoods, highways, or other roads.
