Located at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, Noe offers Southern Italian cuisine in a contemporary outdoor setting.
The restaurant is known for its homemade pastas, high-quality meats and locally sourced seafood.
An a la carte menu is available, but we recently tried Chef Ryo’s tasting menu ($135). This four-course menu features a daily selection — with some off-menu dishes.
The tasting menu included:
Ahi carpaccio with mozzarella salad (arugula, snap peas, celery, mozzarella and balsamic reduction)
King crab pasta: King crab, creste di Gallo (pasta that looks similar to a rooster’s head), saffron, spinach, zucchini, olive oil, garlic sauce
All pastas are made in-house, so you can’t go wrong with any pasta dish.
4-ounce filet mignon with maitake mushrooms, potatoes, onions, celery root puree, balsamic pepper sauce, fried gobo
Dessert of choice: Choose from Noe limone, tiramisu, Gianduja Rocher, warm olive oil cake or lilikoi crostata. We went with the warm olive oil cake (citrus, candied pistachio, coconut sorbet) and Gianduja Rocher (caribe chocolate cream, praline, salted caramel and candied hazelnut).
If you get the Gianduja Rocher, order a side of vanilla ice cream to balance it out. The chocolate is delicious but it’s rich!
