The 2024 Nissan Navara Pro-4X Warrior is a beast of a dual cab ute that's surprisingly family-friendly! It fits multiple prams and a massive 24 shopping bags in the tray while accommodating 2 child seats in the back (Nissan says you can fit three).

In this BabyDrive review, we test the Nissan Navara Pro-4X Warrior from a family perspective to see how well it serves parents with young children. This model has Premcar adaptations for enhanced off-road capability, but does it sacrifice family practicality?

The tray capacity is impressive - fitting 24 shopping bags, multiple Thule pram configurations (including the Sleek multi-configuration and Urban Glide 3 models), or even a very large dog. While the tailgate opens easily, parents should note it's at a typical 3-year-old's head height.

Inside, storage is practical with good cup holders, phone charging options, and spacious door bins that fit water bottles and iPads. The rear seats accommodate two child seats comfortably with ISOFIX points in the outer positions, and Nissan claims you can fit three across.

The tech is basic but functional with Apple CarPlay, though the reversing camera could be clearer. Parents will appreciate the air vents for rear passengers and excellent visibility from the high driving position.
