In this video, I’m sharing what I’m sowing in January here in the UK 🌱
I’m officially kicking off the growing season and, if I’m honest, I’m a little bit impatient to get seeds started! January might seem early, but some crops really benefit from an early sowing.
In this video, I’m sowing:
• Aubergines
• Chillies (a few different varieties 🌶️)
• Leeks
• Plus a couple of other early sowings
Everything is started indoors and under cover, giving these plants the head start they need for a strong growing season ahead.
This video is part of my monthly sowing series, where I share exactly what I’m sowing each month in my UK garden and allotment — what’s worth starting early and what’s best left for later.
