From 3 saw cuts and 2 piece of thin leftover stock I make an 8 degree dovetail template that has all the features of one used by Paul Sellers. My dovetail template requires NONE of Mr. Sellers tremendous hand sawing skills. I hope more people will rise to the challenge of making hand cut dovetail joints, and find creative ways of using dovetail joints. Project 3. Part 2 of 2.
In part 1 of 2 we make a functional dovetail template; in part 2 of 2 we check the precision and apply the finishing touches to our dovetail template.
