I spent the past months recreating 7 different game mechanics in one Unreal Engine 5 project.
From a pet mount system inspired by Sakiri, to Yixuan-style dodges, gliders with wind currents, launchers, time slow zones, and companion combat pets — this project became a full experimental sandbox.
In this video, I walk through each system, the challenges I faced, and how I polished everything to work together seamlessly.
