How to Write a Treatment Plan

Treatment plans are an essential part of therapy. They outline the goals you have for future sessions, as well as client goals and interventions. Treatment plans can look different depending on who is writing them and what the requirements are at your job, but the basic framework of them is always the same.

In today’s episode, I discuss what treatment plans are, why they are needed, give examples of what they look like, and provide some tips for writing them more efficiently.
