How to charge your Super Power hearing aids

Follow these directions for charging your ReSound Enzo IA Super Power hearing aids. To begin, locate your hearing aids, charging cord and your Desktop Charger. Be sure to insert the USB-C charging cord into the charging port and plug in the cord. The LED light next to the charging port will be green when it is connected.

1) Place the right Super Power hearing aid in the right charging bay, indicated by the red color marker.
2) Place the left Super Power hearing aid in the left charging bay, indicated by the blue color marker.
3) The LED light on the hearing aids will blink to indicate that they are charging.
You can use the ReSound Smart 3D™ to check the battery status of your hearing aids at any time. Open the ReSound Smart 3D™ app on your compatible* smart device and tap ‘Status’.
• If all five dots are green, the hearing aids are fully charged.
• While charging, a charging icon and charge state appears on the status page.
• If your batteries are low, you will hear a warning and see a red indicator in the app.
