This is the kind of stuff us car enthusiasts have to go through everyday out here in California. Unfortunately, I was out visiting family in Palm Springs at the wrong time when they were going to throw a takeover meet.. Cops were popping hoods all day and impounding cars that were just minding their own business like me that weren't even participating in this takeover meet. Malibu, CA was even worse! Cops know everyone cruises with their friends and sports cars up to Neptunes Net to eat where they filmed "The Fast and the Furious" So they chill there and pull people over all day for any little thing! I will probably NEVER go back there with the Z again. It sucks to see the car scene turn this way. Hopefully it'll change one day so we aren't easy targets for cops and so we can enjoy cruising with our friends in our sports cars that we work hard for and love to modify to make it our own.
