The Ark Encounter, in Williamstown, Kentucky, is an Ark Encounter is a Christian-based theme park attraction that opened in 2016. Amongst the pristine grounds sits a huge representation of Noah's Ark, as narrated in the Bible. The ark is 510 long x 85 wide x 51 feet high.
There is a three-deck family-friendly museum to experience, as well as production shows, discussions, musical performances, and a walk through zoo.
There are plenty of dining options at the Ark Encounter, as well as gift shops, fudgeries, and dessert counters.
Regardless of your religion, this is a fantastic attraction to open your mind and learn some history. You may consider pairing it with its sister attraction, the Creation Museum, about 45 minutes away.
The Ark Encounter is closed Sundays. Kids 10 and under get in free for the 2023 year.
