My 2-day stay at the Eastin Grand Phayathai exceeded all my expectations, and was an unforgettable experience. From the moment you step foot into the Hotel, you are greeted by their EXCEPTIONAL STAFF until you leave. Over the years I have stayed at many hotels, in many countries in the world. I was provided with PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, from the most “Highly-
trained” staff ever!

All the facilities offered are excellent. Especially, the Direct link to Airport Rail Link and to BTS Sky Train Station is a huge plus point. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed.

For me the BREAKFAST was an EXTRAVAGANZA FEAST! I can’t even find the best words to describe how much I enjoyed everything. There were so many choices and the quality of the food was outstanding.

Manager Elle and Thida were absolutely unbelievable! They are both a great asset to this hotel.

I would also like to thank Ten Ten, Bom and Sao Sao at the reception. You were very friendly and helpful. To Gam and Jaoh a huge thank you for making our stay very special. We loved the “Welcome Drinks” you made us. Keep up being ambassadors for Eastin Grand!

Finally, we would like to thank the young man, Max, who served us twice in our room. Your friendliness is infectious!
