Fasten your harnesses for the exciting Pursuit Race around Alcatraz and Angel Island. A lovely sailing day on the Bay, sunny and breezy, winds 12 to 20 all day. With fine action throughout the fleet, we follow Flexi Flyer, Quiver, Saoirse, Sun Dragon, Typon, Zephyros, and Zimmer. And for the first time on SunFastCam: beautiful aerial coverage from the Flye-Bye drone. One hundred boats start in reverse order of handicap, and can choose either direction around the islands. We analyze the different routes, and the finish order vs PHRF ratings. As always: expert commentary from Shirley Knot and Pirate Joe, riding onboard with Sun Dragon.
