Kerry Shawcross responds to Rooster Teeth Shutdown

RWBY Director and Camp Camp Script Writer Kerry Shawcross responds to the company's shutdown by Warner Bros. Discovery on March 6th, 2024.

Roughly 150 employees encompassing RT were effectively laid off and will be unemployed within a month or so, according to RT employees. The status of remaining and upcoming shows such as Camp Camp, RWBY, and Red vs. Blue: Restoration are unknown. Warner shutdown the company after being unable to sell the company and determining RT and its properties were "unprofitable." Warner is looking to sell these properties once RT is shutdown.
