8 to 10 pieces - boiled potatoes
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
1 tsp - split black lentils
1 tsp - split chickpeas
Pinch of asafoetida
1 tsp - cumin seeds
Split green chillies
Dried red chillies
10 to 11 curry leaves
1 piece - sliced onion
1 tsp - finely chopped ginger
Salt (as per taste)
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
Fresh coriander leaves

--Coconut Chutney--
2 tsp oil
1 tsp - cumin seeds
Pinch of asafoetida
8 to 10 - curry leaves
2 to 3 - green chillies (as per taste)
1 - ginger piece
2 to 3 - garlic cloves (optional)
3 tbsp - roasted peanuts
Roasted chickpeas/daliya
1 - tamarind piece
1/2 piece - coconut chunks
Salt as per taste
2 tsp - sugar (for restauarant style taste)
