Feature on the 3-day 'Les Inrockuptibles' festival held at La Cigale nightclub in Paris between 18 and 20 October 1990.
Includes interviews with The Charlatans and Fatima Mansions and clips of both bands performing live at the festival.
Also features interviews with Tim Booth of James, DJ Dave Haslam, magazine editor Christian Fevret and French radio DJ Bernard Lenoir as well as fans of the Charlatans who travelled from England.
The article also includes some live footage of the Inspiral Carpets performing live at the Brixton Academy in London on 5 May 1990.
