BMW E28 restoration, assembly and installation of BBS RS 090

In the previous videos, the front and rear suspension of the car was restored, a coilover and all the necessary components were purchased.
The new part of the video will be dedicated to the assembly of my BMW E28:
And first of all, the work on soundproofing the car will be shown in detail.
Treatment of hidden cavities and application of a protective composition against corrosion, these works will be done in 2 stages.
Assembly of the front and rear suspension, installation of coilovers to achieve the desired vehicle fit, a detailed process of installing all chassis components into a single unit.
A detailed process of assembling brake calipers after powder coating will be shown.
The process of restoring the gas tank.
And finally, installation of new BBS RS 090 wheels, which became the highlight of this video.Let's sum it up, this video will become legendary because it shows the result of 16 months of work, a titanic amount of work was done on my part both with the machine and on the video, a huge amount of money and resources were invested, both human and materialI have experienced many exciting and nervous days, overcome all the doubts that ever appeared in my head, made a lot of mistakes and gained a lot of experience.
Today is April 14, 2025 and now looking at this car I am more than happy to see that everything is working out the way I wanted. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL THOSE WHO BELIEVED IN ME, THOSE WHO SUPPORTED ME AND EVEN THOSE WHO DOUBTED THAT I WOULD SUCCEED. ENJOY VIEWING!!!!!!
