This is a updated video from my video of 2011. A lot has changed over the last 9 years as the type of tourist that are flocking to this beach city of Pattaya. Some things have not changed at all. Like the police still pulling over tourist on motorbikes and giving tickets for 400 BHT for no International Driver licenses. Again I am sorry for the bad sound and will try to fix it but I am pretty busy. If there is anyone that is good a Video Editing and can fix the voice on the video please send me a message and I will pay you to fix it for more. Thanks Jon
