I do this as a little 10 minute HIIT workout! I usually do 45 seconds on with 15 second rest in between. Sometimes I switch it up and do a minute on and 30 seconds off if I feel like it's not challenging enough. You can do this multiple times if you want!
1: Basic Step
2: Alternating Toe Touches
3: Over the Top
4: Straddle Down
(I skipped lunges)
5: Mountain Climbers
6: Burpees with Step Jump
7: Squat Jumps
8: Plank Jacks
9: Knee Lifts
