A very often asked question of concern to people who are getting on hormone therapy is whether or not they will be at an extremely high risk for developing a blood clot. Blood clots are a multi factorial process, generally speaking. The added risk of going on HRT is comparatively low, however. While the majority of this video does focus on trans feminine individuals and estrogen therapy, there is a lot that can be extrapolated to trans masculine people on testosterone as well.
