Prepared using the right ratio of idli rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds, this recipe gives you soft, spongy idlis every time.

✨ INGREDIENTS (FOR 20 IDLIS):
Idli Rice – 3 cups
Raw Rice - 1 Cup
Whole Urad Dal – 1 Cup
Castor Seeds - 4 nos
Water – as needed
Salt – to taste
TIPS:
▫️Use cold water while grinding for soft texture.
▫️Ferment the batter for 8–10 hours in a warm place.
▫️Steam for 10–12 minutes only, over-steaming makes idlis dry.
