Ingredients to watch:
goat chops 1.5 lbs
2 tsps of cumin
1 tsp of coriander
1 tsp of black pepper
1.5 tsps of salt.
2 cups of basmati rice Grade A
3 cups of water total including rice soaked
4 to 6 tsp of olive oil.
cook time is 60 mins all together. If your meat is tough cooke until it softens then add soaked rice.
