The national INEWS patient observation chart was redesigned to correspond with the revised clinical guideline. Human factors expertise was sought to ensure optimal chart design as were the views and experiences of frontline staff. First RCSI exam station for nurses who are attending the RCSI exam in Ireland.
RCSI does not recommend specific reading. Multiple sources might be considered including your notes and textbooks from your own training but be sure to use the most up-to-date research-based sources.
