Gw2 | Greer CM | Heal Boon Chronomancer (Quickness/Alacrity)

We permanently play with a Greer tank, which makes the boss phases easier on the stack healers. In addition, we bring a bubble Herald who takes care of the Empowering Orbs from all of the adds in the arena (see 0:28, 4:38). Those orbs can be destroyed by anti projectile skills or by walking through them with a block. The Herald's Ventari bubble is also used to protect the squad from the shotgun attacks (Scattering Sporeblast, see 0:25, 2:15, 5:17) as well as the AoE line (Rain of Spores, see 2:26, 5:12). Whenever the Herald runs low on energy, the squad is split up, or there are a lot of orbs, the Chronos help via Feedback (see 2:51, 4:38, 7:40, 8:15). The scourges can also help with Corrosive Poison Cloud (CPC). In our squad, the 3 healers take care of the first set of Empowering Orbs for the Herald (see 0:08).
In this fight, I prefer to run the Inspiration adept trait Medic's Feedback which helps rezz up downed players via Feedback (see 6:20) - especially useful if someone gets downed off-stack as, as long as they don't have poison, one Feedback is enough to rezz them back up on its own - and instantly protects the squad from projectiles when someone is downed, which can easily happen from missed projectile hate for the shotgun.

The other utility skills I bring are Well of Precognition and Mantra of Concentration. They are needed for Stability for the adds' half-circle pizza attacks (Sweep the Mold & Rake the Rot, see 2:27, 3:29, 6:50) as well as Aegis for the big circle attacks (Stomp of Growth, see 0:45, 2:35, 7:06, 8:50, 9:09). I personally like to CS the Aegis well. All Stability sources can also be used for the arrow attacks (Cage of Decay, see 2:23) as well as in anticipation of the AoE line (Rain of Spores, see 3:38).

For the breakbars, I try to precast some Rifle#4 and make sure to use Spear#2-Spear#5, Signet of Humility (Moa), as well as F3 with 3 clones (see 1:19, 4:17, 7:24).

Running Spear also makes it easier to deal with the Sniper Orbs (Blob of Blight). Those can be destroyed by walking through them with invulnerability such as F4 or by dodging through via dodge or Spear#3. In our squad, I take care of the Sniper Orbs from Greer and Reeg (see 0:07, 2:05, 3:21, 4:58, 6:35, 8:56) while the other Heal Chrono takes care of the Sniper Orbs from Ereg (see 0:30, 1:47, 3:10, 4:29, 5:50).

In this kill, pulling Gree in the 2nd split phase didn't work out and he did his jump attack (Ripples of Rot, see 5:28). For this attack, it's important to stay outside of the big circle until the cage walls appear to reliably not get affected by red circles.

In this kill, we were lucky that the last 10% add was on top of the boss and we were able to cleave them both, already stacking condis on Greer before he takes damage again (see 8:31). If you aren't as lucky & playing condi comp as well, it's important to leave the adds early and let them die to condis while already prestacking new condis on Greer.

Remember that it can be useful to use the Rifle portal to get a player back on the stack (see 8:40).

Feel free to heal the tank when you feel it's necessary and possible (see 8:53).
