black chana (soaked overnight)- 1 cup
grated coconut (fresh) -1 cup (1/2 - coconut) green chilies (slit)-2 nos.
dry red chilies- 2 nos.
mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Few curry leaves
1 pinch hing (asafoetida)
grated ginger 1 tbsp
1 tsp oil( ghee)
Salt to taste
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Fresh coriander leaves
