Attorneys for St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner and the Missouri attorney general's office were in a St. Louis courtroom Tuesday for a pre-trial hearing in the quo warranto laswuit filed by the attorney general's office to remove Gardner from office. Barring dismissal, Judge John Torbitzky set a trial date for Monday, Sept. 25.
