Mango Park resident Yvonne Carter is suing her company, Kingston & Lowe Consulting, for equal pay. Miss Carter claims that she is being paid over 15% less than her white, male counterparts. Michael Kensington, representing Kingston & Lowe, argues that all salaries are based on merit and refutes the claims of discrimination. Now Judge Porter must decide if the company is breaking the law by paying one of their valued employees much less than she deserves.
