Gottlieb's 1965 Flipper Pool is a classic electro-mechanical (EM) pinball machine, an "add-a-ball" version of "Bank-A-Ball," featuring a billiard theme, iconic "return lanes" for flipper feeding (a first!), and a clever animated backglass where balls drop into a rack as you hit targets. Designed by Ed Krynski, it has two flippers, pop bumpers, slingshots, and stand-up targets, with the goal of collecting balls to earn extra balls, making it a popular, collectible classic known for its simple yet challenging gameplay.
