Three Chime Steam Whistles

Here's a compilation similar to the last video, but instead, we now have three chime whistles. As the name implies, these whistles play three notes and are often credited as the first chime whistles used on railroads in the United States. Three chimes range from very high-pitched to some of the deepest-pitched whistles I've ever heard. Famous examples of three chimes range from the Pennsylvania Railroad, Southern Railway, Denver & Rio Grande Western, and Central Railroad of New Jersey. Famous manufacturers consist of Crosby, Lunkenheimer, Powell, Lonergan, and Asthon.
