21/2 cups fresh cranberries (rinse)
2 -21/2 cups sugar of choice
1 cup water
1 cup orange juice
2 cinnamon sticks
The zest of 1/2 of a lemon
1/2 of a lemon juice
Add water & cinnamon sticks to sauce pot
Follow by lemon zest & lemon juice
Next add orange and vanilla extract followed by the cranberry, stir and cover to simmer until cranberries start to burst and thicken the reduced your flame and stir until it reached your desired consistency. Remove and refrigerate. Enjoy over Turkey, sandwiched , left over & toast.
