In this video Tony and Zach cover considerations for your new job including maintaining a workload that is challenging without being too stressful, requesting adjustments to the workplace, and introducing structure to your day to help you succeed. Being a self-advocate in the workplace is important, as is identifying a mentor to help you understand the ‘unwritten rules’ of the workplace culture. Tony and Zach explain how EPIC Assist can support you to become assertive, understand your place in the team environment, and provide mentorship to navigate your way to employment success.
