There aren't many videos of the classic BBC Series 999 up on Youtube so I thought I'd upload this. In return, if anyone has some old footage knocking about, could they upload it too.
Running from 1992-2002, the show was presented by Michael Buerk and featured reconstructions of real life emergencies as well as tips to protect yourself.
This episode was a special on the 1987 Great Storm and featured amongst other things, a woman being blown off a balcony, a hotel roof collapsing, chaos at a caravan park and a pregnant woman trying to get to hospital.
