How to Make a Ruffled Diamond Wedding Cake

Gold, Navy and white cake design! You may recognise this middle tier technique from a our previous video- I cannot get enough of the #104 tip ruffle. Honestly, the designs with this are endless. Imagine how nice this would look on a super tall cake, covered in polka dots :D Yep. I will trying that in a future video for sure.  (Bakels is a bakery grade cake premix. Another great one is Allied Mills)
