This was one of the most difficult trips I’ve ever taken in China — our search led us to the depths of Tibet. Nothing came easy: securing plane tickets, navigating government approvals, getting special permission for sporting activities and travel to restricted locations, and finding athletes willing to share the training methods of traditional Tibetan strength culture — all while battling extreme altitude.
It was challenging, exhausting, and unlike anything else I’ve experienced. But it was also unforgettable, irreplaceable, and absolutely breathtaking.
