Crust:
• Cookies (biscuits) — 300 g
• Butter — 80 g
Filling:
• Sour cream (20–25%) — 500 g
• Eggs — 3
• Sugar — 120 g
• Cornstarch — 2 tbsp
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking pan to form the crust.
3. In a bowl, whisk sour cream, eggs, sugar, and cornstarch until smooth.
4. Pour the filling over the crust.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 15–20 minutes.
6. Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours before serving.
