Istanbul Uncovered: Exploring a City of Wonder with the Canon EOS R8 | Travel Vlog

Join me on my adventure through the amazing city of Istanbul, where East meets West and history comes to life. Visiting Istanbul has been my dream for a long time and although this trip was only a 3-day layover, it was still fantastic and makes me want to come back as soon as possible.
Just before this trip, Canon JP sent me their latest EOS R8, which I was excited about. In the past year, I've been trying to make my travel gear packages much smaller since smaller devices have great quality nowadays.

The R8 is the smallest and lightest Canon RF full-frame camera so far, so I thought it would be perfect, and it truly was. It was not at all burdensome to carry around with me and shoot. Also, I never got any strange looks because the package is so small. Normally, with my RED Camera, shooting a documentary would be a nightmare as I would draw crowds everywhere I went.

Battery Usage
I used 5 batteries throughout the day! Fortunately, I had 6 in total, but I never worried about running out and kept the camera on and shot quite a bit. I would say that for an average vlog, 4 batteries per day would probably be sufficient.
