Fish masala fry is a mangalorean special recipe
Its a great combination with boiled rice(manglorean variety )
Use sea fish like mackerel ,king fish,pomfret for this recipe
Soaking dry red chillies in hot water & then cold water gives the chilly paste a bright red colour & makes it soft for grinding.
The recipes is spicy & sour in taste
Spice level can be adjusted as per taste
Do not skip vinegar, it gives a nice flavour
You can use more no.of chillies which are less spicy for this recipe
