At the second annual "Be Strong, Go Gold" Gala in October 2017, we debuted the "Avery Huffman Defeat DIPG™ Foundation Gala Short 2017." It continues to tell the story of our hero and inspiration, Avery Huffman, who lost a brave and courageous battle with DIPG, a lethal form of brain cancer, in February 2016, and also features several other families of DIPG Warriors and Fighters. The Avery Huffman Defeat DIPG™ Foundation was established in 2016 to raise awareness and funds for research to find a cure for DIPG and is a chapter of the Michael Mosier Defeat DIPG™ Foundation.
