离开维西地区，我前往云南最后一个目的地—丽江，一路上在雪山的陪伴下前行，傍晚到达虎跳峡，我决定第二天在这里进行一次久违的轻松徒步，我徒步的位置在峡谷的上方，这条风景优美的步行小路，已经闻名中外很多年，很难想象在三十多年前，这里还是一片人迹罕至的高山村落。
完成徒步后，在前往丽江的路上偶遇一个天然的高原湖泊——拉市海。每年冬天约有10万只候鸟飞临湿地过冬，湖畔边纳西族的村落静静守候着这片水域，与候鸟和谐共生。

Leaving the Weixi area, I headed to the last destination in Yunnan - Lijiang, along the way accompanied by snow-capped mountains, and arrived at Tiger Leaping Gorge in the evening, I decided to take a long time to hike here the next day, the location of my hike is above the canyon, this scenic walking trail, has been famous in China and abroad for many years, it is hard to imagine that more than 30 years ago, it was still a deserted alpine village.
After completing the hike, on the way to Lijiang, we came across a natural plateau lake, Lashi Lake. Every winter, about 100,000 migratory birds fly to the wetland for the winter, and the Naxi villages on the lakeside quietly watch over this water, living in harmony with the migratory birds.
