Wind Down Pilates Practice
This practice is great at the end of a long day. Land in the body using the breath and some balancing poses.
Stretch out your creaky back, work through tension in the shoulders and strengthen your core muscles to protect your lower back.
The practice provides the anti-dote against slumped posture or an overly busy mind.
