Are you struggling with shoulder pain when you're in the gym?

Most people bring the weights up next to their body, making a straight line from elbow to elbow.
This will cause pain and injury.
If that was how you were meant to do it, the machine would be set up in the same way.
It's not.
Make sure the bench is at a slight angle.
Bring your elbows slightly in front of your body.
