One point perspective sketch / house 35

In this demo I did a thumbnail sketch to explore very quickly the main composition in the house facade. Then I did a rough layout with pen just to be placed as an underlay for the final linework. As usual I did the coloring and shading with markers. Real time of the sketch 1:10 hr.
