Casoca (Pruncea) Waterfall, Marasesti Mausoleum through LEPSA

You know that moment when you choose destinations just because the road up to there is attractive? No? I do.
I missed visiting a waterfall in the woods, probably one of the most exciting places I like to go to when it comes to natural attractions.
The Mausoleum was a long ago planned destination, it has an impressive history and it is a huge landmark in time and space.
But the road connecting them... oh! What a thrill!
The well known Lepsa road crossing the Carpathians from West to East (or E to W) is a carving on mountain ledges that facilitates a harmonious dance with the motorcycle. Is not just the few hair pin turns that attract, but rather the waving turns with good asphalt, lack of heavy traffic, potential to see wildlife like bears... IT really left me speechless. I was riding in awe with the biggest sense of thankfulness, for the freedom, privilege, blessing to ride a good working motorcycle on an amazing road. I knew of no problems, worries, faults at that moment. I only cared about the perfect geometry between my tires and the road, the perfect amount of acceleration, the right gear, the views all around but most of all the thanks to give to the Almighty for the air in my lungs, the gas in my tank and the trailer of the flight i shall have when all this ends.
A truly surreal experience that when done with self discipline and calm becomes honey for the soul.
That why I am saying... destinations? sure... amazing.... but it the road to there is at least half as beautiful as Lepsa... I am going!
