How to edit a Mugen Char into a Evil or God Tier Cheapie!

Hello,

In this video I show you how to edit a mugen char into being a evil or god tier cheapie. note: this doesn't work for EVERY mugen char, the ones that I recommend that easily works on are the following:

OCs (Original Characters)
Cartoon/TV/Comics Characters
Touhou Project (obvi)
Street Fighter
King Of Fighters
BlazBlue
Guilty Gear
Donald (obvi but I recommend editing another char listed and not another 91230123th donald edit)
Colonel
JUS / Chibi (yes there is OP edits)

Note: I am not sure if this works on video game characters, I think it does since kirby has many edits but really it depends on how they are coded.

Another Note: You can also, edit cheapies to be much stronger than their original counter-parts too as well, but that is if they are below Evil and God tier.

Other than that, don't be afraid to still try with many characters, who knows it is trial and error.

Also, I apologize for taking so long to get this video out despite making a post on it. I had to make sure these templates were actually operating good for people to just plug n play or really, copy and paste for their chars. but as you can tell for the god tier one there was an issue of the match not registering to end. but ill provide a solution for that in my discord and in my pinned comment if I find one which shouldn't be too hard.
