Everyone says the MS180 is discontinued — I say it’s going to live on.

First of all, I want to start with the previous video    • Is Fixing Chainsaws Still Profitable? MS 2...   — many of you asked how much I actually earned from selling the Stihl MS250.
I bought it completely non-running, with zero compression, for $100, spent $50 on parts, and sold it for $300.
So our total profit was $150.

So… let’s take another risk.

In this video, we’re talking about the Stihl MS 180, which I actually bought from the same man — and yes, again with a burned piston. I still have no idea what he was putting in those saws…

Even though the Stihl MS180 was discontinued, that doesn’t mean production has truly ended — as long as there are craftsmen like us, the MS180 will keep living, running, and being sold.

In this video, I’ll show a full rebuild from scratch using original components, and later I’ll try to sell it again.
I will definitely update you in the next video on whether I managed to sell it and how much profit it brought.
