On 13 November 2025, the EIC ACCESS+ project, in collaboration with the EIC Ecosystem Partnership Programme, as part of the EIC BAS, had the pleasure of hosting the “Fundraising 1o1 and cap table best practices for early stage startups” educational session held by the EIC Ecosystem Partner: Roundtable.
Securing a fundraising round is a highly demanding journey; when starting from an unbalanced cap table, it can become a true obstacle to attracting investors.
