500 gram kemiksiz tavuk but
50 gram kuyruk yağı
1 kapya biber
1 küçük soğan
1 diş sarımsak
1 yeşil biber

2 yemek kaşığı galeta unu
1 tatlı kaşığı tuz
1 tatlı kaşığı pul biber
1 çay kaşığı karabiber
1 çay kaşığı kırmızı tatlı toz biber
1/2 çay kaşığı kimyon






CHICKEN KEBAB
500 grams of boneless chicken thigh
50 grams of tail fat
1 capia pepper
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
1 green pepper
a pinch of parsley
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of red sweet pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon of cumin
