“Why Not Me?” — Brittani’s Foster Care Journey

What does it look like to say “yes” to God’s call in the everyday? Brittani shares how one simple question—“Why not me?”—led her to step into the world of respite care and begin walking with vulnerable children and families in need.

As part of Christ Covenant’s call to bless the city, Brittani’s story is one of ordinary obedience and sacrificial love. From caring for children to supporting foster families and being supported by her church community, she’s seen God use small steps to meet real needs. Her journey is a reminder that loving our neighbor can look like opening our home, offering a meal, saying a prayer, or simply showing up.
