*Ingredients*:
Chicken breast or thigh, cubed
Marinade: sweet soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt.white pepper powder
how to make souce
2 table spoon sweet soy sauce
half of tomato cut cube
3 chili padi cute small
2or 3 onion slice
mixed in the bowl
*How to cook*:
1. Marinate chicken in spices for 30 mins.
2. Skewer & grill over charcoal 🔥 until charred & cook
3 serve withe sweet soy sauce

. Serve with peanut sauce
